Kahamelo Forensic Services (mandated by D&T Trust Liquidators) carried out a forensic investigation into the hostile takeover and incorporation of Afri Circle into a dormant closed corporation. Kahamelo Forensic Services assisted the liquidators in identifying and tracing Afri Circle’s assets and in obtaining forensically sound evidence, which was used to obtain further warrants under Section 69(3) of the Insolvency Act 24 of 1936
