Kahamelo (mandated by D&T Trust Liquidators) carried out a forensic investigation into the hostile takeover and incorporation of a Gauteng-based Corporate Services Entity into a dormant closed corporation. Kahamelo assisted the liquidators in identifying and tracing assets and in obtaining forensically sound evidence, which was used to obtain further warrants under Section 69(3) of the Insolvency Act 24 of 1936.
