Kahamelo assists parties with valuing shares and business interests pursuant to court orders, including orders made in terms of section 163 of the Companies Act, whether as the sole valuator, part of a panel of valuators, or jointly with another valuator.

Kahamelo quantified and verified the current value of both parties’ estates, which consist of assets based in the United Kingdom and South Africa, and assisted in calculating the accrual of the parties’ estates, in accordance with Sections 4 and 5 of the Matrimonial Property Act, 1984.
