Kahamelo Forensic Services was selected by Clyde & Co Attorneys to form part of a panel of three valuers, which was ordered by the High Court of South Africa to perform the valuation of the shares of two sister companies, Cherrywood House (Pty) Ltd and Anker House (Pty) Ltd, with international revenue streams as part of a Settlement Agreement between the seller and buyer.
