Kahamelo (mandated by Mackrells Solicitors and MEUM Law Limited) was appointed as the joint expert for the parties during divorce proceedings. Kahamelo quantified and verified the current value of both parties’ estates, which consist of assets based in the United Kingdom and South Africa, and assisted in calculating the accrual of the parties’ estates, in accordance with Sections 4 and 5 of the Matrimonial Property Act, 1984.
