In consultation with Crowe Forensics, Kahamelo Forensic Services (mandated by Harty Rushmere Attorneys) expressed an opinion, in the form of an expert report, on the impact of liabilities on the market value of the acquired shares in various companies, including whether it is sound to contend that the value of the shares was impacted by the warranty breached. Kahamelo Forensic Services also performed quantification and verification procedures on damage claims for Echotel and compiled a rebuttal report used in litigation proceedings.
