Following preservation orders issued by the High Court under Section 163 of the Tax Administration Act, a curator was appointed to take control of the assets and operations of multiple entities and individuals. Kahamelo was mandated by D&T Trust liquidators to carry out a forensic investigation that focused on the financial difficulties experienced by Marine and Offshore Logistics Services Provider, its mismanagement, breakdowns in its internal controls, poor corporate governance, fraud, misappropriation, and other illicit activities. Kahamelo also assisted the liquidators with expert reports to support claims against related parties for the misappropriation of company assets.
